Fundraising Tools & Tips

Why is your support essential The Hope Centre and the Welland Community?

Every year, the Welland community looks forward to Julia's Hope Cup a celebration of the life of Julia Turner and her humanitarian spirit, while raising funds in support of The Hope Centre.

Funds raised will go towards The Hope Centre's food security programs, including their food bank and community lunch program. In 2023, The Hope Center had close to 20,000 visits to their food bank and served 32,500 community lunches to help the most vulnerable in our community.

This year, The Hope Centre is celebrating 50 years of Hope in Welland and Julia's Hope Cup is aiming to raise over $50,000 to support the most vulnerable in our community.

We’re taking steps to end hunger, and we need the support of our community to help us reach our fundraising goal!
